When a client needs nearly three dozen passports by the next day and they’re on the other side of the country, you can’t leave anything to chance.
That’s how Maggie recently found herself flying from Los Angeles to Boston.
Mundial Law has been honored to work with The World of Hans Zimmer tour to obtain Canadian visas for the talented musicians from Ukraine, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Lebanon, and Turkey so they could perform in Toronto and Montreal.
In order to do this, we needed to have the passports of the individuals so they could be stamped at the VSF office. However, the company was touring in Europe throughout the summer, and therefore required their passports to travel. We had to wait until the tour arrived in the US to then take their passports, then get them stamped and then pick them up, all in a matter of hours.
Huge shout out to Manish, pictured above wtih Maggie, who was instrumental in getting this all done.
On September 17, 2025, the tour was scheduled to perform at Boston’s TD Garden. They were due to perform in Canada on the 19th.
While passports could have been sent via overnight courrier from LA to Boston, it wasn’t the best option. If the package was lost or late, the first Canadian show could not go on. Plus, with muscians staying at various locations across Boston, it would be challenging to deliver them to one location and distribute them all.
This is where Mundial Law’s concierce service came into play. To safeguard these essential documents, Maggie boarded a plane, flew across the country, and hand-delivered the passports to the musicians themselves, thus ensuring the tour would not be disrupted by any potential mishaps.
As a bonus, she got to meet these extraordinary musicians, sit in for sound check, and experience The World of Hans Zimmer in the audience that evening.
While delivering travel documents this way isn’t the norm, sometimes it’s the fastest and safest way to do it. And when it comes to making sure our clients can get where they need to go to do the work they need to do, we’ll do what it takes to keep tours touring and films filming!
The next morning, with the mission accomplished, Maggie caught up on work in Beacon Hill before her flight back to LA. And, even though you can’t see it in the picture, trust that there was coffee involved!
