Late last year, Canada made some changes to the Citizenship Act that appear to extend citizenship to additional individuals born outside Canada. The full text of the new law is not yet available. As additional information becomes available, we will offer guidance on what that might mean for you.

Stay tuned for more details, and thank you for making Mundial Law your source for all things Canadian immigration.

It’s Time to Prepare for Spring and Summer Tours

We often remind our clients that it’s never too early to start preparing for travel. Before the holidays, it was easy to feel like spring and summer tour prep was “next year’s task.”

Well, 2026 is here, so there’s no time to waste! As you’re planning travel for upcoming tour dates, ensure you have all your documents in order. If you are possibly inadmissable to Canada due to past criminal arrests or convictions, now is the time to get that sorted. Similarly, tour managers should review itineraries and those who will be traveling to avoid hiccups when heading to Canada.

Mundial Law is here to help, so contact us for more information.
