We hope you had a terrific March and you’re geared up for fun in April. We’re certainly excited for warmer weather and new adventures!
We talk a lot about helping inadmissible individuals travel to Canada, but that’s not all we do. Another core piece of our work involves obtaining Canadian visas for bands and musicians from around the world, including Nigeria, China, India, Russia, and Colombia. We also secure work permits for professionals involved with TV shoots and film production.
For a lot of folks, traveling to Canada for work can involve coordinating multiple documents and records. At Mundial Law, we know what you need and how to help get you there!

Tips and Tricks for Canadian Immigration
A person is inadmissible if they have been conviced of or have pending charges for an offense that would be considered a violation of the laws of Canada.
For some individuals, however, inadmissibility doesn’t last forever. If charges are dropped or a conviction is expunged, the person may no longer be inadmissible. There are also circumstances where a person may be considered rehabilitated after a length of time.
There are multiple factors that contribute to these determinations, and any of them could still leave you delayed or turned around at the border. If you have questions about your status or believe you’re ready to apply for rehabilitation, Mundial Law is available to help!

We’ve been working with Canadian and US production companies to secure work permits and provide general immigration advice for a feature film doing critical filming in Toronto. We worked with above and below the line cast and crew to ensure that production was able to proceed as scheduled. This project involved more than a dozen individuals with a quick turnaround, and we’re thrilled we were able to be a valued member of this production team.
